Finally a healthy recipe that actually tastes like dessert! This is like the perfect breakfast for those days when you’re rushing to get out, because you can make this at night in a jar, grab it in the morning and head out! How cool is that! It definitely saves some time in the busy mornings😉
Now, for my overnight oats i always add a little bit of sugar, but if you want it to be totally healthy you can replace the sugar with honey! And also, this is a very basic recipe so you can add all sorts of toppings like fresh berries or apples or even peanut butter!
I topped mine with strawberries and bananas as you can see😍 It’s such a good combination!
Overnight oats is something i used to eat alot since childhood, but i used to eat it a bit differently; i didnt wait hours for it, i ate it right away! But now that i have dicovered this method, it is now the only way i eat oatmeal. It just tastes much better after a few hours, and i also like the texture better.
This can’t get any easier! It’s so simple to make, yet the outcome is amazing, you will love this, for sure😉
Yes I know, I have been away for ages..So many things happening in life, but it’s mostly school that gets in the way, exam after exam and..*sigh*..Yea i’m going to stop there, or else it will just get too boring. I am sure we all know how school is 😛
I really miss this place, writing to you guys and reading your lovely comments. And i hope you didn’t forget about me! I’m still here 😉
So, this time I am bringing an all time favorite recipe, that is loved by all; chocolate chip cookies! Or in this case Chocolate Chunk Cookies, to be exact.
What is there not to love about these cookies? Who doesn’t love to bite into a cookie when it’s still warm and the chocolate is oozing out. Just wonderful, don’t you agree? I mean come on!
Let me present to you my favourite hot chocolate recipe ever! It is super creamy and thick and delicious, full of chocolate flavor.Mmmm.
As you probably already know, i love winter,it’s my favourite season. And i get so excited when winter is near, and just can’t wait to start making some delicious hot chcolate again!
This is the only way i drink my hot chocolate now! I always make it thick and creamy now. Also, when you make homemade hot chocolate you can control the sweetness of it, and you can also choose how chocolatey you want it 😉 Also, this homemade version tastes so much better than the store bought mix!
If you have never tried having thick hot chocolate, i really hope you try this recipe out. It’s just sooo good! There really is nothing better than a nice warm mug full of creamy hot chocolate when it’s super cold outside. Don’t you agree? 😉
Again, i want to thank you all for supporting me and reading my small little blog, it means alot to me 🙂

I have been very busy lately, after spending time with my familly, school started. I had to get used to the new routine and i had to start planning my days ahead. Then came the exams, and i still have a few coming up very soon.
I really miss baking and trying new recipes, and i also really miss writing recipes on my blog, and what i miss most is reading your amazing comments. They make my day! I get so happy whenever someone posts a comment and likes my posts,i really love it.So thank you 🙂
Anyways, let’s talk about today’s recipe shall we! And yes,it involves chocolate 😉
These chocolate chunk muffins are really good;soft and moist and yummy! I really love eating them when they’re still warm, because that’s when the chocolate is a bit ‘melted’ if you know what i mean 😉
What i love about muffins in general,is that they don’t contain as much sugar as say a cupcake, that’s something i really love. You see, even though i have a very sweet tooth,i don’t like when desserts are overly sweet. That’s why, usually, when i bake i reduce the amount of sugar, sometimes i even cut half the sugar! That’s just how i like it 🙂
You are probably wondering why i haven’t posted in so long, well it’s because i am very busy at the moment. School is starting and some family members came to visit us and stay with us for a while, and because we haven’t seen them in ages, i decided to spend my time with them, so I haven’t really had time to make desserts.
I appreciate your support and i hope you wait for new posts, because there will be new recipes soon!
And i also want to thank my followers and those who take their time to read, like and comment on my posts, you have no idea how happy that makes me, so thank you:)
Soft and moist cupcake full of chocolate flavour and topped with delicious marshmallow fluff.
I have been craving chocolate a lot lately, and i though that chocolate cupcakes would be great, not only to fix my craving, but because it’s perfect with the marshmallow fluff i made.
These cupcakes were gone really quick, they are just sooo good. The cupcakes are nice and soft, and the ‘frosting’ is so smooth and creamy. You just have to try these! I am sure everyone will love these.
I mean c’mon, don’t tell me you don’t want a bite? And once you do take a bite, there is no coming back, that cupcake will be gone before you know it.
